Rise Kujikawa, also known by her stage name Risette, is a famous teen idol. She quits her job, citing health reasons, and moves to Inaba during the course of the game. After you rescue her, she will obtain the Persona Himiko and join your cause. Rather than fighting alongside you, however, she will aid you by providing you with the location of future victims.

Rise is first seen in a commercial, where she advertises the fictional diet soda "Calorie Magic." Rise, despite her uprising fame, eventually quits her job and decides to settle down in her hometown, Inaba, to live with her grandmother. While being asked upon her decisions of choosing to stay in Inaba despite the murder cases happening recently, Rise explains that her sudden decision of quitting her job is due to stress. Following Rise's return to Inaba, the whole town rustles to Rise's grandmother's tofu store, Marukyu, hoping to see Rise. Since she has appeared in the TV news, the Investigation Team becomes worried that Rise might get kidnapped and killed in the Midnight Channel, and goes to warn her.

Becoming close to Rise will open up the Lovers Social Link. Completing the Lovers Social Link will give you the abilty to create Ishtar of the Lovers Arcana. She will also give you an autographed photograph of her as well.
